By accessing or using the OSS POS System provided by Online Software Solution (Pvt) Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for your internal business operations, subject to the payment of any applicable fees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
All software, source code, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Online Software Solution (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by copyright laws in Sri Lanka and internationally.
Online Software Solution (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
